Blue Light Guided Meditation

A little gift to all of my blogging buddies, may you find it of value.  Please sit comfortably with your back very straight, legs uncrossed, and your palms facing upward. If this is not comfortable for you, this meditation may be done laying down as well.
Start by imagining the color of the sky on a sunny day. Sky blue.
Now, imagine that same sky blue color to be made of light. A healing light.
Begin to breathe this in, feel it.
Imagine an opening in the top of your head, and every time you take a breath, you are inviting this color into your body. Pulling it in with your breath.
Just start to breathe in the blue light.
Now, begin to place that blue light in your abdominal or pelvic area. Imagine that your pelvis is a bowl and you are going to fill it up with this beautiful blue light.
Begin to breathe it in a little harder. Passionately breathe in through your nose and push the blue light into your pelvic bowl. Make lots of noise through your nose to bring in the air, and remember to breathe out through your nose, not your mouth. The breath is your power.
Fill your pelvis with the blue light. Do this for a few minutes. Let your pelvis fill up with the beautiful healing blue light.
Bring your breathing back to normal now and begin to let that blue light start to rise. Let it move upward into your belly, your stomach, keep letting it rise through your chest, neck and head, and finally let it encompass your entire body.
Just be with it and feel it.
You have just done some powerful healing on yourself. Sit for a while and let it integrate within you.
Be well.

    Interesting snippet Kate.
But I need to meditate like I need a hole in the head, of course "some" do and some shall benefit from imagining.

I have just benefited from ‘imagining’ throwing my computer through the window and not actually doing it. Santa has my request for a new one. We should all reserve a little time, [No use saying "I would like to but have nt got time"], just to recharge the inner batteries. Remember Kenny – Big breaths. . . . ! I will replace my nightly Horlicks with this exercise.

Thank you Kate this is a serious concept, to meditate is to cleans and refresh.   Now Kenny what about your fantasies??? are they about big breaths like the £laird, and £aird remember big breaths are not just for Christmas!!   Seriously though Kate Happy Christmas to you and all your Coffee drinkers
    Love Suki x

    Suki my dear.
My fantasies are untamed and wild as horses, and could turn the beautiful healing blue light to a flaming
I think also the good £aird’s blue light has already turned red.
To both you lovely people I wish you all the best.
