Discover the treasures inside

Are you searching for peace and contentment? Peace, joy, health and well-being can be found inside each of us. They exist within us now, waiting to be discovered. Yet we tend to look to the outside world to satisfy our needs and longings. Our outer life reflects back to us the way we think, feel and behave.

Happiness cannot be travelled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude. Go to the source inside for all of life’s treasures. It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.

"You wander from room to room hunting for the diamond necklace that is already around your neck!" Rumi

    hello again

This blog follows on well from the Chakra blog, what a brilliant quote, continual searching for something you have in your possession already. I would add to that learn to love yourself before you can love anyone else truly!   And yet another quote from the Swarmi who took our last Yoga work shop.  When you become a mother you never again put yourself first.   How true!

Afternoon Kate. Thought I’d splash over for a quick coffee, and relax, before I dash off again.
Peace within. Yea, I’m getting there  xx

Well Kate, yes I guess you are right. Still the stage to full contentment is becoming really difficult these days where everything and evrybody seems to screw up.

Save that little time to find that inner happiness has become impossible for so many people. It is not impossible I guess, huh?

Off I go now! The coffee was delicious!

    Take care,
    Isa
