Can you define your success?

In my view; he who has achieved success has worked well, laughed often and loved much. However too often, people focus only on results. But getting results without learning something or without having fun, to my mind leans toward incompleteness. So is having fun without getting the results, or having fun without learning something new to help and empower you in the future. For me accomplishment embraces all three: the result, personal growth and having fun.

There are many aspects to success; material wealth is only one component. …But success also includes good health, energy and enthusiasm for life, fulfilling relationships, creative freedom, emotional and psychological stability, a sense of well-being, and peace of mind.

What are your thoughts?

Hi Kate There are many aspects to success, but certainly in the business community, I’ve seen too much focus on the material aspect of it, usually at the expense of just about everything else.A bit of fun is highly recommended .. fun comes in all shapes & sizes !Peter

The greeks went on and on about this, living a good life etc. and carved ‘nothing in excess’ on the walls of delphi to remind us that balance is the key dude !
