It seems that most of us give very little attention to planning the direction of our lives. Few people have much of a strategy, instead many people live from hand to mouth, are always at the end of their tether and at the end of their line.
Yet when we are driving, we know where we want to go and we plot out our route. When we plan and prepare a meal, we follow a recipe and monitor the food as it cooks. Organizing is important it is what you do before you do something, so that when you do it, it is not all mixed up.
Taking the time to review our quality of life gives us a chance to re-evaluate what we are doing and where we want to go. It lets us fine-tune our direction, to ensure we are on track for what we most want.
Think about your last 6 months. What did you learn? What would you like to do differently? Where do you want to recommit? It is good to have a plan, and believe in it for nothing much happens by accident.
